Recent judicial decisions continue to shape the arbitration and mediation landscape in the U.S. This webinar highlights the most significant federal and state cases affecting arbitration agreements, enforcement, and mediator practices. Participants will understand how to apply these developments in practice and anticipate future trends in ADR-related litigation.
