Program Description:

The integration of artificial intelligence, digital platforms, and virtual hearings into arbitration and mediation raises new challenges for practitioners. This program examines key issues including confidentiality, cybersecurity, data protection, and the responsible use of emerging technologies in dispute resolution. Faculty will explore best practices from arbitral institutions, professional guidelines, and real-world experiences, equipping participants with concrete strategies for safely and effectively managing technology in their practice.
