Program Description:

As technology-related disputes continue to grow in complexity and scale, mass arbitration has emerged as a significant tool shaping outcomes for both consumers and companies. This CLE program will bring together leading voices from both sides of the bar to provide a balanced and practical exploration of this evolving trend. A seasoned plaintiff-side consumer attorney will discuss why mass arbitration can be an effective and beneficial mechanism for addressing widespread consumer claims, while a defense-side attorney will share insights on how to draft arbitration clauses that anticipate and address these types of cases. Attendees will gain valuable perspectives on the strategic, procedural, and drafting considerations that are critical in navigating mass arbitration in the tech space.
