Program Description:
This panel offers a 360-degree view of arbitration in the energy industry through a candid and practical conversation with the key players at the heart of the process: arbitrators, in-house counsel, and outside counsel. The session will explore what each role brings to the table, where priorities align, where tensions emerge, and what works best in resolving complex energy disputes efficiently.
The panel will spotlight trends, strategies, and lessons learned from real-world energy disputes. From drafting the clause to final award enforcement, this session will provide attendees with valuable insights and practical guidance from all sides of the table.
