Program Description:
The rapid evolution of generative AI continues to transform the world of work and labor relations. As these technologies advance, they pose new challenges and opportunities for labor arbitration, from the issues that generate grievances, to presentations at arbitration, to – maybe – the work of the arbitrator. Join our expert panel of academics, arbitrators, and labor and management practitioners for a lively discussion of the latest technological developments and implications of generative AI for labor arbitration. Attendees will gain a deeper understanding of how to navigate the intersection of labor arbitration and generative AI and leave with practical insights for adapting to this changing landscape.
