Program Description:
This is an invitation-only training, limited to ICDR Arbitrators only. The program is designed to produce lively interactive discussion and will assist all arbitrators in further developing best practices in the management of international arbitrations. The workshop primarily consists of six (6) interactive exercises covering:
- Preparing for the Preparatory Conference
- Managing Preparatory Conference Issues
- Managing Problems Between the Preparatory Conference and the
- Evidentiary Hearing
- Managing Evidentiary Hearing Problems
- Panel Dynamics
- Managing Post-Hearing, Award and Post-Award Problems
Attendance at an ICDR International Symposia in Advanced Case Management Issues course is a requirement for being included on the ICDR Roster of Arbitrators.
