Program Description:

This program provides a practical and strategic look at modern arbitration, from drafting effective arbitration clauses and managing proceedings to post-award enforcement and arbitrator ethics. Experienced practitioners will discuss key considerations in selecting and using arbitration, effective advocacy throughout the process, challenges to arbitration awards under the FAA, and the ethical issues that can impact both the integrity and enforceability of an award.
