Program Description:

As AI continues to shape the future of dispute resolution, AAA® Director of AI Business Development Joe Padjune will discuss the AAA’s approach to innovation in arbitration, including the development of the AI Arbitrator and Resolution Simulator. He will explore how these tools fit within the AAA’s broader AI-native platform, the role of practitioner education in adoption, and how the AAA is thoughtfully integrating technology into arbitration with defined guardrails and human arbitrator oversight.

Joseph “Joe” Padjune is an attorney and director of AI business development at the American Arbitration Association®, where he focuses on advancing the AAA’s AI-enabled arbitration offerings, including the AI Arbitrator and Resolution Simulator.
