Program Description:

Learn about the AAA’s Early Dispute Resolution (“EDR”) Mediation Panel and service offering. EDR Mediation is a structured, cost-effective process to resolve disputes. By focusing on the information and analysis that drive settlement, the process is effective and avoids the time and expense of traditional discovery and motion practice. The EDR Mediation process leverages the best thinking on bias mitigation, forecasting, decision tree analysis, and risk assessment. The EDR Mediation process had been adopted by courts and by outside and in-house counsel from around the country. Hear how you can make the most out of an EDR Mediation process.
