Program Description:

As artificial intelligence tools make it easier than ever to manipulate audio, video, and documents, arbitrators face new challenges in assessing the authenticity of evidence. This webinar explores the emerging world of AI-generated “deepfake” content and its implications for arbitration. Participants will learn how to recognize potential AI-manipulated evidence, understand the legal and ethical frameworks developing around deepfakes, and discuss best practices for ensuring fairness and due process in arbitral proceedings.
