Program Description:

The arbitrator has made a ruling that favors the grieving party but there still may be some issues to resolve, such as determining what is and is not included in calculating back pay, dealing with reinstatement when the prior position is gone, or measuring contractual rights that cannot be measured. Now what? A closer look at fashioning remedies with or without additional arbitrator involvement.
