Location: Online via Zoom

Time: 1:00 pm - 1:30pm (Eastern Time)

Program Description:

When a grieving party prevails on the merits, issues and challenges may remain regarding the remedy, such as determining what is and is not included in calculating back pay, addressing obstacles to reinstatement, or valuing contractual rights that cannot be measured in dollars. What evidence on these points should be offered? When? What can wait? What can be left to negotiation? A closer look at fashioning remedies with or without additional arbitrator involvement.
