Program Description:
This program explores the evolving ethical duties of arbitrators and mediators under professional rules and institutional standards, with a focus on impartiality, conflicts of interest, disclosure obligations, and confidentiality. Drawing on case studies and recent developments in practice, the session will examine how neutral professionals can navigate increasingly complex expectations in both domestic and international contexts. Participants will gain practical strategies to identify and resolve ethical dilemmas while maintaining compliance with applicable standards.
