During this session, life sciences domestic and international arbitrators and advocates will share how to prepare and conduct your client’s position most effectively for the evidentiary arbitration hearing. Topics include how to present your documentary evidence; how to present your fact witnesses; how to present your expert witnesses, if any; how to conduct yourself in relation to your adversary; how to deal with your perception of an arbitrator’s reactions to your presentations; and a discussion on the difference between the relevant AAA-ICDR’s Commercial and International Arbitration rules.
