Terah represents employers in all aspects of employment law, including defending employers from claims for discrimination, harassment, and retaliation under Title VII, 42 U.S.C. § 1981, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and the Texas Labor Code. Terah also counsels clients on various day-to-day employment issues such as FMLA compliance, proper classification under the FLSA, non-competition agreements, discipline and termination decisions, and accommodation under the ADA. Terah also has experience representing clients before state and federal appellate courts.
