A commercial litigator and arbitrator, Mr. Bennett’s practice focuses on domestic and international disputes ranging from commercial, bankruptcy, construction, corporate, energy, insurance, intellectual property, securities and other disputes. He serves on the AAA National Roster of Arbitrators and is an author and frequent speaker on dispute resolution matters.

 

He received his B.A. from Macalester College and his J.D. from New York University.
