Reg Holmes, a long-term member of the AAA's commercial, employment, consumer, intellectual property, International and large complex case panels has served as chair, sole and emergency arbitrator, mediator, referee, discovery master, Markman hearing officer and settlement counselor in hundreds of significant DR cases.  His rich background as an electrical engineer, patent attorney, corporate counsel, law firm litigator, partner, and senior business executive lends depth, breath and perspective to his presentation topics and programs. He is very active in the Neutral/ADR space and in causes that promote consensual, party driven, efficient and fair ADR processes. Reg has served on numerous boards, organizations, committees and task forces directed towards improving the field. Among them was his service as chair of the AAA's Los Angeles B2B Advisory Committee.
