Mr. Silberberg has a highly diversified commercial and international dispute resolution practice, which emphasizes the representation of domestic and foreign suppliers in consumer and business product class actions and other multi-party litigation matters arising from dealership, distributorship, franchise and other commercial relationships. For more than three decades, Mr. Silberberg has served as principal outside litigation counsel for one of Japan’s most prominent, publicly traded, multi-national consumer and business products companies, representing its affiliates in a wide variety of business disputes throughout the Americas. Mr. Silberberg has also handled significant commercial litigation matters for the U.S. affiliate of one of Japan’s largest trading companies.
Mr. Silberberg also represents litigants in a broad range of other complex commercial litigation and arbitration proceedings involving claims of antitrust, RICO and securities law violations; business torts; defamation; employment discrimination; fraudulent conveyances; invasion of privacy; trademark infringement; misappropriation of trade secrets; and unfair competition.
Mr. Silberberg is a leading practitioner in the fields of domestic and international arbitration, and currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors of both the New York International Arbitration Center and the College of Commercial Arbitrators.
