Over 25 years of experience as corporate in-house U.S. lawyer and English solicitor, executive and independent legal adviser to domestic and international companies from entrepreneurial start-up ventures to Fortune 50 corporations. Lead lawyer (negotiated, drafted, closed) for over $6 billion of mergers & acquisitions and project financing transactions.


Michael has been an independent arbitrator since 1994 with over 190 cases. He is on the roster of neutral arbitrators for: (1) American Arbitration Association (AAA) on its commercial, e-commerce, technology and domain name disputes panels, (2) Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), (3) National Conflict Resolution Center (NCRC) and (4) National Futures Association (NFA).

Michael has been a mediator since 2007. He earned his Mediator Credential from the National Conflict Resolution Center. In addition, Michael has served as an independent discovery referee.
