Arbitrator, Mediator and Fact Finder - Serves as an arbitrator, mediator and fact finder in employment cases in the public and private sectors involving diverse industries and employees at every level of an organization, company and agency, including hourly and salaried employees, management and high level executives. Prior to commencing career as a neutral, practiced law for over 20 years, with a focus on both employment and traditional labor matters.
