Merriann M. Panarella is a prominent arbitrator, mediator and consultant who practices in Boston and New York City and focuses on complex commercial, intellectual

Formerly a trial partner at Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr, Merriann’s extensive litigation experience, whether trying cases, managing the litigation process, and/or reaching a negotiated settlement, provides the perfect skill set for managing complex arbitrations and resolving difficult matters in mediation. Merriann is a Fellow in the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and serves on the arbitration and mediation panels of many of the leading dispute resolution institutions including the AAA, ICC, WIPO, CPR, FINRA, AHLA, and on the Tech List of the Silicon Valley Arbitration and Mediation Center. She is a frequent lecturer and author on a broad range of dispute resolution issues.
