Lou Chang has been a mediator since 1984 and an arbitrator since 1978. He is a member of the National Academy of Arbitrators and is  recognized by peers as one of the “best lawyers” in the fields of mediation, arbitration and alternative dispute resolution. He is also a member of the American Arbitration Association's Roster of Arbitrators and Mediators  and has served as neutral and independent mediator and arbitrator in a broad range of business, banking, construction, contract, condominium, insurance, probate, labor, employment, property, franchise, leasing, personal injury, property damage, professional malpractice and civil matters.

Mr. Chang is an attorney having over 30 years of experience as a civil and commercial trial lawyer, arbitrator and mediator concentrating in construction, commercial, corporate, condominium, community association, real property, financial services, arbitration and litigation. Majority of practice in construction law dealing with a broad range of design and construction deficiencies, changed conditions, change orders, bond claims, insurance defense and coverage, product defects, petroleum and mold contamination and other issues.
