Lisa Charles is an arbitrator and mediator who resolves workplace disputes for public and private sector clients. Ms. Charles is listed on several national arbitration panels, such as American Arbitration Association, Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service, National Mediation Board and the National Association of Railroad Referees, as well as the state arbitration panels in New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania. She served as an adjunct professor at Rutgers University, and was a Director of Employee Relations at Dow Jones & Company. She holds a master’s degree from Rutgers University and a bachelor’s degree from The Ohio State University. She is a Past President of New Jersey Labor & Employment Relations Association (LERA), and Past President of Philadelphia LERA. Ms. Charles is a member of the National Academy of Arbitrators.
