Dr. Kabir Duggal is an attorney in Arnold and Porter's New York office focusing on international arbitration and public international law matters. He is also a Lecturer-in-Law at the Columbia Law School, teaching "International Investment Law and Arbitration" and acts as a Consultant for the United Nations Office of the High Representative for Least Developed Countries, Landlocked Developing Countries and Small Island Developing States (UN-OHRLLS).
Dr. Duggal also sits as an arbitrator and mediator and regularly speaks and publishes on matters dealing with international disputes. He received the Burton awards for his legal writing. In 2018, he was ranked as the fourth “Most-Highly Regarded” younger arbitration practitioner in the Americas. He was also awarded the "40 under 40" award by Legal Era.
