Experienced as a civil trial lawyer for 30 years. Has handled all types of civil litigation including professional liability, employment litigation, business litigation, intellectual property and personal injury.

Over the last 15-20 years, has served as a neutral in all forms of ADR, including arbitration, mediation, early neutral evaluations, summary jury trials and special magistrate roles.

Listed in all editions of Law & Leading Attorneys; annually named Super Lawyer through the Minnesota Law & Politics Magazine, MPLS.ST.PAUL Magazine and Twin Cities Business Monthly; listed in "Who's Who in America" and "Who's Who in American Law"; and received Alumni of Notable Achievement award through the University of Minnesota College of Liberal Arts.
