George E. Bowles
George Bowles has been trying cases for over 30 years and has represented both plaintiffs and defendants, individuals and Fortune 100 corporations, during his career in the courtroom.
George concentrates his practice in complex business-related litigation including securities, intellectual property, construction, lender liability, real estate, banking, fraud, eminent domain, tortious interference with business relations, fiduciary liability, patent infringement and breach of contract.
In addition to representing clients in numerous business dispute arbitrations, George has served on the Large Case Panel of Arbitrators of the American Arbitration Association since 1996. George is a Master of the Court of the Patrick E. Higginbotham Inn of Court and a frequent speaker at bar association meetings on a variety of issues relating to litigation.
