Dr. Patricia D. Galloway is an international arbitrator with over 40 years of experience specializing in energy and construction matters. She is a Chartered Arbitrator with the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, a Fellow in the College of Commercial Arbitrators,  a member of the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals, and a member of the DBRF.  She is a licensed professional civil engineer and holds a Certificate in Dispute Resolution from Pepperdine Law School-Straus Institute, a Diploma in International Arbitration, and is a member of several arbitral institution panels including the ICDR (and its international energy panel), AAA (megaproject, large complex, energy, construction, commercial, DRB and Master Mediator). She also serves on the AAA Board of Directors and is a past chair of its National Construction Dispute Resolution Committee. Dr. Galloway has lectured and published numerous articles regarding mediation and arbitration and has received numerous awards including the AAA’s Director of the Year.
