Don Pratt has over 40 years experience as a civil trial lawyer specializing in domestic and international clients and projects in areas of construction and government contract law.  He is primarily engaged in construction law, and has been a mediator and arbitrator on numerous construction-related disputes involving both private and public projects for over 25 years.  Don is a member of the AAA, Large Complex Case Panel and Roster of Mediators and is a frequent speaker on construction topics.
