David W. Waddell

David Waddell has served as arbitrator and mediator in approximately 35 cases and participated as counsel in hundreds of meditations and arbitrations involving construction and commercial disputes, including a two week ICDR arbitration in the Haag. His practice involves commercial litigation with emphasis in commercial, industrial, and residential construction, involving the prosecution and defense of a variety of claims. David provides counsel to international, national and family-owned businesses in operational and corporate matters, including strategies for reducing exposure to liability in operations, contract, insurance, investigations, ethics, and employment matters. He has published various articles for Associated Builders and Contractors of Great Houston and is a frequent speaker on construction topics.
