Ana Salper is Associate General Counsel for NYU Langone Health. She advises NYU Langone on all employee and labor relations matters, including compliance with labor and employment laws, collective bargaining agreement interpretation and administration, collective bargaining negotiations, grievance arbitrations, and represents the medical center in proceedings before the AAA and the National Labor Relations Board.   She also provides advice and counsel on faculty and graduate student employment matters and Title IX policy.  Ms. Salper has been a labor & employment practitioner for almost 20 years.  Immediately prior to joining NYU Langone Health in 2015, Ms. Salper was a partner in the Labor and Employment practice at Baker Hostetler LLP, where she oversaw the New York office Labor and Employment group, and represented employers in multiple industries on all aspects of traditional labor and employee relations matters arising in the workplace.  She received her J.D. from Northwestern University School of Law and her B.A. in History from Columbia University.
