The American Arbitration Association® (AAA®) will be hosting an Arbitration Expertise Training Forum entitled – What the Arbitrator Wants to See and Hear. AAA Arbitrator Oliver Langstadt, Esq. will facilitate the program. This forum will provide counsel with insight into what an arbitrator expects during pre-hearing and hearing phases of an AAA arbitration case. The discussion will also include information on internal case management process, specifically targeted toward providing parties with new time and cost savings innovations.
