 The Preliminary Hearing can be used to position the management of a case on an efficient, economical and effective path. Attorneys representing clients in arbitration proceedings must be acquainted with the wide range of issues they may need to address in order to properly represent their clients at the Preliminary Hearing.  This 35-minute recorded webinar covers some of the most common issues addressed during the Preliminary Hearing, including:

  • parties’ statement of key positions;
  • arbitrability and jurisdiction issues;
  • dispositive motions;
  • pre-hearing disclosure;
  • expert witnesses;
  • scheduling of evidentiary hearings;
