The presenters, a lawyer and a construction professional, not only provide definitions for the terms, but provide the context within which they are used throughout the arbitration process. Who Should Listen - Arbitrators and other participants in an arbitration proceeding who do not have a legal education or training in law. This program does not qualify for the AAA's annual Arbitrator Continuing Education (ACE) requirement.
