Faculty and Summary
90 Minutes This recorded presentation addresses often tricky and overlapping leave of absence issues arising under the Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA) and the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), with a focus on COVID-19 and related conditions. In addition, with many employees now returning to their physical job locations after working remotely during the Coronavirus pandemic, the program tackles the ADA implications of returning vaccinated and unvaccinated employees to in-person workplaces. For a balanced perspective, our speakers include two seasoned employment lawyers who are members of the AAA Employment Arbitration Panel whose respective practices focus on the representation of employees and employers.
