ICDR trae por primera vez a México sus conocidas y renovadas mesas redondas de discusión sobre métodos alternos de solución de controversias llamadas “Tertulias”. Este programa está diseñado para que, durante una tarde, cuatro grupos de discusión en los sectores de construcción, energía, tecnología y fusiones y adquisiciones, intercambien puntos de vista. Este formato promueve la participación de todos los asistentes mientras exploran varios temas y preguntas entre los cuatro grupos de discusión. Al terminar las sesiones, se rendirá un reporte con las observaciones, lecciones, y los contrastes más relevantes de cada grupo. India Johnson, Presidenta y CEO de la Asociación Americana de Arbitraje/Centro Internacional para la Resolución de Disputas será la oradora de honor de este evento.

 

ICDR brings its well-known and renowned roundtable discussions on alternative methods of dispute resolution called “Tertulias” to Mexico for the first time. This program is designed so that, during one afternoon, four discussion groups in the construction, energy, technology and mergers and acquisitions sectors exchange views. This format promotes participation from all attendees as they explore various themes and questions among the four discussion groups. At the end of the sessions, a report will be presented with the most relevant observations, lessons, and contrasts from each group. India Johnson, President and CEO of the American Arbitration Association®- International Center for Dispute Resolution® will be the honorary keynote speaker of this event.

AAA EDUCATIONAL PROGRAM SCHOLARSHIPS AVAILABLE
As part of its long-standing, ongoing educational mission, the American Arbitration Association grants a limited number of scholarships that cover the cost of educational program registration. Scholarship eligibility is limited to students, government workers, retired professionals, arbitrators/mediators who are no longer active on the AAA roster, and others as may be determined by the AAA.
