Faculty and Summary

The ICDR-AAA California Summit returns with a distinguished international faculty. Session One explores diversity trends and challenges in international dispute resolution. Session Two offers an interactive exchange among faculty and participants focusing on a full range of current trends and developments in international dispute resolution from various jurisdictions around the world.


SESSION ONE: Elimination of Bias in International Dispute Resolution
Faculty in this session will discuss diversity trends, developments, and challenges from various viewpoints in the field of international dispute resolution.

SESSION TWO: Hot Topics in International Dispute Resolution
In an interactive format, faculty will discuss and debate regional and global legal, practice, strategic, and other international dispute resolution developments.

As part of its long-standing, ongoing educational mission, the American Arbitration Association grants a limited number of scholarships that cover the cost of educational program registration. The American Arbitration Association reserves the right to grant or deny any request based on the information provided by the requesting individual and available space in the program.


If you are an AAA Panelist please note this program does not satisfy your annual Arbitrator Continuing Education requirement.

 

CLE Information:

West LegalEdcenter is procuring continuing legal education (CLE) credits on behalf of American Arbitration Association. CLE credit is offered for this program in California (specialty credit may be available for Session One).
