“The Era of COVID-19: The Dynamic Changes in the Workplace”

After a year of turmoil and as we begin to shift toward a post-pandemic era, please join our experienced faculty on their discussions with topics pertaining to the challenges of the “new normal”. COVID-19 has impacted employers and employees in various ways, including safety concerns, return to work issues, mandatory vaccination policies, continued use of remote work, wage and hour, data security and other continually developing law.  For a balanced perspective, our speakers include two seasoned employment lawyers whose respective practices focus on the representation of employees and employers. Each pair of faculty provides best practices and suggestions on how to avoid the pitfalls that you may encounter during this phase of the pandemic.
