This program is designed to teach participants the do’s and don’ts for witness examination to present to an arbitrator. With the use of lectures, facilitated discussions, and practical exercises, the experienced faculty will discuss:
Attendees will gain strategies and tips from the experts that will assist them in preparing witnesses for arbitration and examining them at the hearing. Who Should Attend? Labor and management representatives including union representatives, human resource professionals, attorneys, business agents, and individuals who assist advocates in the preparation and presentation of evidence for labor arbitration cases will find the information in this program invaluable.
