How much did you use or even know about online videoconferencing just a year ago? Now, Zoom and similar platforms probably occupy a substantial part of your practice day!

This interactive webinar will dive more deeply into the innovation pipeline and highlight some of the most useful tools to help you in your continuing virtual world. With a focus on mediating employment claims, expert faculty will share insights and recommendations not only on the unique features of emerging technology, but also the nuances of online psychology so vital to the success of tomorrow's "digital mediator."

This webinar will be held via ZOOM. A link will be sent to registrants prior to the webinar date.
