Faculty and Summary

In this 60-minute recorded webinar moderated by Steven K. Andersen, ICDR Canada, Canadian arbitrators and advocate professionals Tina Cicchetti (Cicchetti Arbitration), Christina Doria (Baker McKenzie), and Daniel Urbas (Urbas Arbitral), share their insights into how to make arbitration more efficient by using technology.  The faculty also share their thoughts on the benefits of arbitrators taking an active role in the management of a case starting with organizing the preliminary agenda and hearing.  Finally, the speakers stress the importance of cybersecurity practices and why the various participants of an arbitration need to be aware of their respective cybersecurity responsibilities throughout the process.
