90 Minutes This is part 2 of a 4 Part Series on Best Practices to Save Time & Money for resolving domestic and international life sciences disputes. You will hear from seasoned Life Science arbitrators and advocates as they provide their perspectives. You will have opportunities to understand how their perspectives can assist you and clients save time and money in mediation and life sciences arbitrations. Seasoned life science arbitrators and advocates will share their perspective for preparing for the preliminary hearing. They will review topics covered during the preliminary hearing so you’re armed with the information needed to guide and prepare clients.
