The inaugural 2023 AAA-ICDR Domestic and International Life Sciences ADR Conference is a full-day event focusing on the latest trends and developments in alternative dispute resolution (ADR) in the life sciences industry. The conference will feature discussions on a variety of topics, including:
• Results from the recent survey on ADR in life sciences
• Important life sciences cases and ADR initiatives
• Industry trends regarding IP protection
• Regulatory compliance in the life sciences industry
• Product liability and supply chain issues
• Licensing and collaboration disputes

Additionally – the Arbitrator’s Roundtable – Perspectives on Life Sciences Arbitration – will delve into the unique challenges that arbitrators face when arbitrating life sciences cases, effective advocacy in life science arbitration, complex evidence presentations, what works, and what to avoid.

The conference is an excellent opportunity for anyone involved in the life sciences industry to learn more about ADR and how to effectively use it to resolve disputes, gain expert insight, and network with other professionals.
