It will kick off with a session featuring General Counsel from leading construction firms discussing their expectations in the dispute resolution process and how they systematically manage disputes for their company.

The Conference will include sessions on

• Understanding the Arbitral Decision-Making Model and what advocates can do to protect the award,
• The interplay of construction disputes with insurance,
• Understanding updates to the AIA Construction Management Documents,
• International construction arbitration trends, and
• Ethical issues in multi-party disputes.

A link to the virtual platform will be sent prior to the conference date.

The AAA may share your contact information (name, firm name, city and email address) with Conference Sponsors.
