Faculty and Summary

60 Minutes

A major advantage that arbitration has over litigation is the ability for the parties to design the process to be efficient and cost effective and fit the dispute and the parties. The Panel in this presentation discusses some tried and true procedures, together with new and innovative tools, that can be used to achieve a better arbitration process. The Panel also will examine AAA procedures that are available but often overlooked by the parties.
