Faculty and Summary
The 2021 Conference will focus on the growing complexities of construction projects and trends going into the new decade. It will kick off with a session featuring General Counsel from leading construction firms discussing their expectations in the dispute resolution process and how they systematically manage disputes for their company. The Conference will include sessions on Understanding the Arbitral Decision-Making Model and What Advocates Can Do to Protect the Award,
